Available housing for working people in New Hampshire continues to impact economic growth and make it more difficult for employers to recruit and retain talent. In fact, if anything, the COVID-19 pandemic, which has slowed construction, has further constricting housing supply in many parts of the state leading to higher prices. BIA will be taking a closer look at the issue, legislative activity, and creative solutions that some communities and businesses are pursuing.
Our 2020 Housing Forum panelists are:
Mark Fougere, owner, Fougere Planning & Development
Chris Norwood, president, NAI Norwood Group
Chris Parker, assistant city manager, City of Dover
Elissa Margolin, executive director, Housing Action NH
John Randolph (invited), owner, Harmony House Assisted Living
