Description
Join CoHo and The Greater Merrimack - Souhegan Valley Chamber of Commerce as we learn from Brent Carney and Janey Bishoff for this Lunch + Learn.
We will be discussing issues such as:
· The White House/CDC Guidelines to enter into the Recovery Phases.
· What does recovery (or semi-recovery) look like for your company and B2B client companies?
· What employee protocols will you need to put in place?
· What logistics will need to be addressed to ensure adequate safety including continued social distancing?
· What are the HR and other company policies you will need to develop and employ to keep everyone safe?
· How will you have to prepare to navigate different possible scenarios?
· How should you deal with Public Relations during COVID-19:
o What should you be doing on social media?
o Should you be pitching stories about your company right now?
Businesses and organizations must plan realistically for a new type of “normal” in operating business over the coming eight months and beyond. It will take serious preparation!
