This presentation is a follow-up to the Community Response to an Active Shooter overview previously given at the Souhegan Chamber of Commerce as part of our Build Your Business Educational series. Presented by Amherst PD officers, Mike Knox, and John Smith, this block of information will include a review of “best practices” for instances of ultra-violence and options to consider in the workplace. Participants will then be exposed to medical interventions which are available and will be provided with an opportunity to participate in a “Tabletop” exercise resolving a situation which could happen in a business location in the year 2017.
